Workout Fuel:

  • 2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Vanilla Shake Mix
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cold water
  • 1 scoop (14 g) Protein Drink Mix
  • 1 tablespoon (6 g) rolled oats (1 minute, quick cooking type)
  • ½ medium banana

Blend together with a few ice cubes and serve.

  • 250 ml Pomegranate Juice
