  • 2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Raspberry and Blueberry Shake Mix
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Water
  • 1 (50 g) Plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 scoops (28 g) Protein Drink Mix
  • 1 scoop (5 g) Multifibre
  • 1/2 cup (150 g) Blueberries
