Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Banana Cream
  • Flavoured Shake Mix
  • 1 scoop Multifibre
  • 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method:

In blender, Formula 1 Shake Mix, Protein Drink Mix, pulse banana, mango, and pineapple with almond milk until smooth but still thick, stopping and stirring occasionally. Add more liquid if needed. Pout into 2 bowls. Top as desired.
