  • 2 scoops (26 g) Formula Summer
  • Berries Flavoured Shake Mix
  • 1 scoop (14 g) Protein Drink Mix
  • 1 cup (250 ml) soy milk
  • 2 (50 g) greek yogurt, plain, low fat
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen mixed berries

 

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
