MANGO LASSI SHAKE

  • 2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Vanilla Shake Mix
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cold water
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon (50 g) plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 scoop (6 g) Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
