  • 2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Vanilla Shake Mix
  • 50 g plain non-fat yogurt
  • 4 spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe pear peeled, cored and chopped
  • 5 green or red grapes

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
