  • 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix, vanilla
  • ½ cup Semi-Skimmed Milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 egg
  • Cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit
  • 1 slice whole-grain bread

Instructions:

Cut whole-grain bread into ½” cubes, place into a small bowl and sprinkle with raisins. Blend other ingredients for 10-15 seconds, until smooth. Pour mix into bowl and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Microwave on high for 2½-3 minutes, until puffed and cooked through. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with fresh fruit.
