  • 4 scoops (52 g) Formula 1 Vanilla Cream
  • Flavoured Shake Mix
  • 1 Scoop Protein Drink Mix
  • 1 Scoop Multifibre
  • 125 ml Dried cranberries
  • 250 ml Gluten-free oats
  • 125ml Almond flour
  • 3 ml Gluten-free baking powder
  • 5 ml Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 15 ml Chia seeds
  • 125 ml Pumpkin seeds
  • 45 ml Coconut oil
  • 1 Banana, mashed
  • 45 ml Golden syrup
  • 60 ml Almond milk

 

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Combine dry ingredients and make a well in the centre. Combine wet ingredients and stir into the dry ones. Set aside for 5 minutes. Scoop 30ml dollops of the mixture onto baking paper-lined trays and press slightly flat. Bake for15-20 minutes, until golden around the edges. Cool on trays. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 20
