- 2 scoops Formula 1 Shake Mix Banana Cream Flavoured
- 1 scoop Multifibre
- ½ cup (120 mL/70 g) Gluten Free Oats
- 1½ cups (350 mL) water
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1½ cups (350 mL) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
- Fresh fruit, for garnish
Gluten Free Oats in a medium bowl, add the water and stir well. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Place all the ingredients, except the fruit garnish, in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
