  • Two Scoops Banana Cream Flavoured Formula 1 Shake Mix
  • 1 Scoop Protein Drink Mix
  • 1 Scoop Multifibre
  • 1 Cup Sliced Banana (frozen)
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Milk Dairy/Almond/Rice Milk/Oat milk
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Add ice cubes

Put your frozen banana into a blender and process until fine.

Add milk, Apple Flavoured Formula 1 Shake Mix,

Multifibre and the rest of your ingredients. Puree until smooth (+/- 2 mins)
