  • Two Scoops Spiced Apple Flavoured Formula 1
  • Shake Mix
  • One Scoop of Protein Drink Mix
  • One scoop Multifibre
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Medium Apple (chopped and cored)
  • 1 Medium Pear (chopped and cored)
  • ¼ Cup of Dairy/Almond/Rice Milk/Oat milk
  • (more if needed)
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup of Ice Cubes

 

Put your oats into a blender and process until finely chopped. Add Dairy/Almond/Rice Milk/Oat milk. Apple Flavoured Formula 1 Shake Mix, Protein Drink Mix and the rest of your ingredients. Puree until smooth (+/- 2 mins). Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon
