- Two Scoops Spiced Apple Flavoured Formula 1
- Shake Mix
- One Scoop of Protein Drink Mix
- One scoop Multifibre
- ½ Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Medium Apple (chopped and cored)
- 1 Medium Pear (chopped and cored)
- ¼ Cup of Dairy/Almond/Rice Milk/Oat milk
- (more if needed)
- ¼ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
- 1 Cup of Ice Cubes
Put your oats into a blender and process until finely chopped. Add Dairy/Almond/Rice Milk/Oat milk. Apple Flavoured Formula 1 Shake Mix, Protein Drink Mix and the rest of your ingredients. Puree until smooth (+/- 2 mins). Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon
